We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will play a key role in shaping and executing localized marketing initiatives. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through impactful, insight-led campaigns.
The successful candidate has a strong grasp of Indonesia's digital and influencer landscape, keeps up with evolving marketing trends, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Influencer Identification & Partnership: Source, assess, and manage Indonesia-based influencers and creators who align with the brand's positioning and campaign goals.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and roll out influencer-led marketing campaigns for the Indonesia market, including new product launches, promotional moments, and ongoing brand-building efforts.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content such as reviews, tutorials, short-form videos, and lifestyle storytelling.
- Campaign Operations: Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, including briefing, coordination, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of agreed content.
- Reporting & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance using metrics like reach, engagement, traffic, and sales conversion to refine future marketing strategies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Brand Marketing, or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing ecosystems within Indonesia.
- Prior experience working with beauty or skincare brands is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and consumer trends.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or related fields.
- Available to work full-time on-site at our Mega Kuningan office, South Jakarta.
