We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in Brand Management and Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry. In this role, you will lead end-to-end brand execution, develop impactful trade marketing strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales performance and strengthen market positioning. You will leverage market insights, consumer behavior, and performance analytics to optimize campaigns, manage in-store activations, and ensure strong ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end brand execution to strengthen market positioning and brand equity
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to accelerate sales performance across channels
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and commercial priorities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize marketing initiatives
- Manage promotional activities, in-store visibility, and activation programs to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 24 years of experience as a Brand Executive or a Trade Marketing Specialist in FMCG
- Strong understanding of brand management and route-to-market strategies
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to be placed at the Headquarter Office in Bandung
