Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and run local marketing activities to increase store awareness, traffic, and sales while ensuring brand consistency.
Coordinate with Operations to execute marketing plans for new store launches and special initiatives to attract customers.
Manage brand presence, promotions, and performance across online ordering and delivery platforms.
Identify and execute partnerships with brands, communities, and organizations to increase brand exposure and revenue opportunities.
Execute promotional campaigns and tactical offers aligned with sales targets and seasonal opportunities.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
