Identify potential products through market research, generate detailed product requirements and at the same time keeping an eye on competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly
Manage and optimize the cost and pricing structure for product portfolios.
Conduct sales analysis and review performance metrics for product and brand portfolios.
Present product updates, sample reviews, and information to internal teams and cross-functional partners.
Create / Customize annual 360 brand plan & marketing strategy based on retailers requirement / request.
Coordinate, guide and lead a group of sales merchandiser based on monthly promotion activities.
Support customer retention efforts and assist in acquiring new customers.
Process & filter the propose order by Sales merchandiser team on bi-weekly basis
Generate monthly sales report and track on brand spending by chain
Social Media Management such as preparation on content for the month by brand, schedule posting and etc.
Generate monthly trade report for management valuation.

Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Experienced in sales & marketing will be an advantage.
