We're hiring a Senior Marketing & Social Media Strategist to lead strategy, planning, and execution for our clients. This role is for someone who thinks holistically from marketing direction to content, execution, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Build 36 month marketing plans for clients
- Plan content direction and monthly content calendars
- Create clear reports and insights for clients
- Plan and direct photo & video shoots
- Lead and align the creative team (designers, editors, social media manager, photographer, videographer)
- Ensure execution stays aligned with strategy and client goals
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in marketing or social media strategy
- Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking and creative execution
- Able to think creatively and actively contribute ideas
- Confident leading teams and directing creative output
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to work full-time on-site in Bali
