Marketing Paid Internship

The Farmhill, established in 2018 under PT Kebun Bumi Lestari, specializes in selling and distributing premium melons and vegetables grown with hydroponic technology. With over 30 greenhouses and more than 50 distributors across regions in Indonesia, including Central Java, East Java, West Java, DKI Jakarta, and Kalimantan, The Farmhill is committed to sustainable growth. The company has successfully cultivated more than seven types of high-quality, uniquely flavored melons. Driven by research and development, The Farmhill is dedicated to advancing sustainable agricultural practices in Indonesia.

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Paid Internship role located in Karanganyar. The intern will assist with conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and fostering customer relationships. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional content and participate in campaigns aimed at increasing brand recognition and product distribution within Indonesia.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with distributors and clients.
• Experience or knowledge in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to contribute to planning and executing campaigns.
• Basic understanding or interest in Sales to assist in developing and enhancing sales initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• A proactive attitude, creative thinking, and a passion for sustainable agricultural practices.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
