Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jakarta for a Marketing Officer. The role involves conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and supporting communication activities. The Junior Marketing Officer will also contribute to sales initiatives to maximize brand outreach and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing to identify industry trends and target audiences
• Strong Social Media Marketing skills for managing campaigns and creating engaging content
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience or aptitude in Sales to support business development and customer acquisition efforts
• Ability to work independently and a willingness to grow professionally
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with the finance or services industry is an advantage
