Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta, for the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies, ensuring brand recognition and growth, sponsorship, product packaging development. The responsibilities include conducting market research, leading marketing campaigns, managing sales and public relations efforts, and aligning marketing efforts with RCTI's overall goals. The CMO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and maintain RCTI's strong position in the broadcasting industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in Marketing Management, including campaign development, strategy creation, and supervision of marketing initiatives.
  • Experience and skills in Public Relations to foster media relationships and enhance brand reputation.
  • Demonstrated abilities in Sales to drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and lead generation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and innovate within a competitive market.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the broadcast media or entertainment industry is advantageous.
