Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer based in Kota Cimahi. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing plans, managing social media platforms, and supporting sales initiatives. Additionally, the role involves working closely with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to promote the company's products effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our products (Cocoa Powder & Agricultural commodities) to international and domestic markets.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

Manage and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential international buyers. Create engaging marketing content for digital platforms, presentations, and company portfolios. Collaborate with the export and production teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands.

Represent the company in trade exhibitions, business meetings, and networking events.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing or international trading (experience in the agricultural sector is a plus).

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.

Self-motivated, creative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
