Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team with a focus on social media strategies and to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, reels, videos, live sessions).
- Generating high-quality leads through the strategic execution of in-person events and brand activations, integrated with social media touchpoints to maximize prospect engagement.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Support) to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO/SEM and tailored to target audiences.
- Manage and track expenses for the marketing budget to provide updates to the management team and to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing agency or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially social media, SEO & SEM, campaign, and performance marketing.
- Excellent in leadership, team-player, detail-oriented and possesses great organizational skills.
- Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.
