We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Marketing to lead our integrated marketing strategy across all channels.

Job Overview

As the Senior Manager Marketing, you will own the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging of Importa Furniture, while leading integrated 360 marketing campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, and retail channels.

This role requires a strong data-driven mindset, team leadership capability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, traffic, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging of Importa Furniture.
  • Lead and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, and retail channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-led decision-making.
  • Optimize conversion funnels through testing, performance analysis, and insights.
  • Oversee creative, content, and KOL/influencer strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Growth teams to maximize traffic and commercial impact.
  • Lead new product launches, program expansions, and cross-brand initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, performance metrics, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance standards.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand or strategic marketing.
  • Proven success in running 360 campaigns with strong commercial results.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability.
  • Experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in paid media, creative development, and funnel optimization.
  • Background in retail, consumer, education, or service industries is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
