Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Lead social media strategy, including content direction, campaign planning, and audience engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to improve reach and conversion.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and offline activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with retail and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as designers, agencies, or influencers when needed.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across online and offline channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in Marketing, preferably within Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media management and digital advertising platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Willing to be based inDenpasar, Bali.
