As we prepare for major growth and expansion in 2026, we are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our core team and lead our brand and digital growth initiatives.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Jakarta.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy across social media, e-commerce, retail, and content-driven channels. Responsibilities include building marketing calendars, managing campaigns on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and online platforms, overseeing content direction, working with creators/KOLs, analyzing traffic and performance data, and optimizing budgets to drive growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen brand presence, support product launches, and enhance customer engagement across all channels.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
Experience with TikTok, Shopee, Meta Ads, or performance marketing is a strong advantage
Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns
Creative mindset with strong visual and brand instincts
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Experience working with content creators, KOLs, or agencies is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (preferred)
