About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of dynamic, multi-channel campaigns across both online and offline platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving visitor acquisition, enhancing brand presence, and delivering engaging onsite experiences for our B2C events. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are impactful, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Driving: Spearhead the creation, development, and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign across both online and offline channels, ensuring dynamic and proactive campaign delivery.
  • Marketing Strategy for Visitor Ticketing: Formulate and implement strategies designed to drive ticket sales for events such as Mommy n Me and IMBEX.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by producing post-show reports and developing sales collateral to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with partners, agencies, media representatives, and exhibitors to ensure the successful delivery of key performance indicators, including public relations, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Continuously measure and analyse campaign performance to enhance marketing effectiveness while ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Onsite Experience & Customer Engagement: Design and implement engaging onsite experiences and promotions—ranging from stage programs to interactive activities—to enhance the customer journey, and leveraging feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvements.
  • Branding & Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning that reinforces our market presence and resonates with target audiences.
