Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual and quarterly marketing roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication tone
  • Lead campaign planning from ideation to execution, ensuring 360 integration across channels
  • Oversee content strategy across relevant platforms
  • Lead product launch campaigns, seasonal campaigns, brand days, and partnerships
  • Build campaign briefs, objectives, KPIs, timelines, and success metrics
  • Track weekly and monthly marketing performance across channels
  • Analyze ROI, cost efficiency, sales contribution, traffic lift, and engagement metrics
  • Manage a lean marketing team with clear OKRs and performance tracking
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment across operations, product, creative, and business teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 35 years of marketing experience (consumer brand, D2C brands preferred)
  • Proven experience leading campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of social media (IG, TikTok), content formats, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
  • Strong analytical skills for reading data, understanding KPIs, and making decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
