Job Description
- Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (ads, organic content, partnerships, product launches) aligned with brand positioning and performance goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budget allocation efficiently to ensure optimal return and cost control.
- Lead and supervise the Marketing Division while coordinating cross-functionally with Editorial, Customer Relations, and the CEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing within Startup, Retail, or Digital industries.
- Proven experience managing paid ads, organic marketing, and partnership/KOL campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership to lead the marketing division.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
