President University is looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to actively hunt and acquire new students for our Postgraduate (Master's and Doctoral) programs.
This is a hunter-type role focused on direct sales, lead generation, prospect engagement, and conversion into enrolled postgraduate students. The ideal candidate has a strong sales mindset, is confident in approaching professionals and corporate clients, and is comfortable working with enrollment targets in a competitive higher education market.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively hunt and acquire new students for Postgraduate (S2/S3) programs through direct selling, networking, referrals, corporate visits, and digital channels
- Execute targeted marketing and communication strategies to increase postgraduate enrollment
- Generate, qualify, and follow up leads from education fairs, databases, digital campaigns, partnerships, and corporate channels
- Conduct consultations, presentations, campus/program briefings, and one-on-one advisory sessions with prospective students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, professional associations, and communities to develop a sustainable student pipeline
- Collaborate with internal academic, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth enrollment journey
- Monitor sales pipeline, track conversion rates, and evaluate campaign performance
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree (S2) in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in education, with proven results in postgraduate student recruitment.
- Strong hunter sales mindset with hands-on experience in field-based recruitment, including prospecting, client visits, presentations, roadshows, and enrollment closing.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and build partnerships with corporate, institutional, and external stakeholders through consultative selling and negotiation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and driving an admissions or marketing team to achieve aggressive enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong written and spoken English proficiency.
