Role Description

Build and execute annual/quarterly marketing plans (ATL/BTL/digital) aligned with positioning and sales targets.

Lead NPD: consumer research, opportunity sizing, concept development/validation, R&D coordination, pricing/packaging, and go-to-market.

Manage campaign execution & media planning; ensure on-time/on-budget delivery and brand consistency.

Optimize digital channels (social/website/e-commerce) using analytics for engagement and ROI.

Partner with Sales & Trade Marketing on POSM, consumer promos, and execution across Modern & General Trade.

Manage agencies (creative/research/event/PR): briefs, performance reviews, and negotiations.

Monitor market/competitor trends and research (e.g., Nielsen) to drive share growth.

Manage A&P budgets; report activity effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's in Marketing/Business or related; Master's/MBA is a plus.

Experience

810+ years in FMCG/food marketing/brand; 5 years leading brands/teams; proven launches & campaigns. Confectionery/food manufacturing preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

Strategic & creative brand thinking

Project management across parallel NPD/campaigns

Strong analytics & ROI (incl. Nielsen/panel)

Excellent communication/presentation; leadership & cross-functional collaboration

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT)

Languages

Fluent in Indonesian & English.

Others

Innovative, results-driven, field/research ready; strong grasp of Indonesian consumers & competitive landscape; client/brand-principal background strongly preferred.

Works Location & Hours

Location: Special Capital Region of Greater Jakarta, Indonesia

Work Arrangement: On-site

Working Hours: MondayFriday, 08.0017.00 WIB

Travel: Approx. 2030% (domestic; may temporarily increase to 4050% during major launches/events). Estimate: 46 working days/month, may cluster around NPD/activation periods.
