Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy to drive traffic & revenue across stores.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline activation, partnerships, community).
  • Manage marketing budget & ensure measurable ROI.
  • Strengthen brand positioning in lifestyle & family entertainment market.
  • Analyze campaign performance & customer behaviour to drive data-based decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations to align promotion with business objectives

Requirement

  • 710 years experience in Marketing (Retail / F&B / Lifestyle / Entertainment preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years leading team.
  • Strong in campaign planning & performance marketing.
  • Experienced in driving revenue growth, not only brand awareness.
  • Comfortable working with data, ROI analysis, and marketing metrics.
  • Hands-on & agile in fast-growing business environment
