Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & strategize a comprehensive yearly marketing plan to enhance brand image and ensure qualified outputs across all platforms (ATL, BTL. Digital Marketing, CRM, VM, Activations)
  • Setting up the metrics and improvement plan based on current performance.
  • Budget utilization & optimization, make sure the approved budget used effectively & efficiently and report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly based.
  • As a key person on behalf the brand towards the media; partners; and other 3rd party
  • Develop and maintain the good relationship with stake holders, the Principal and agency
  • Managing, directing and oversee each personnel team to ensure deliverables in a timely manner
  • Proper transfer knowledge to all personnel(s) to ensure individual growth.
  • Evaluate each personnel performance on quarterly based through KPIs review & 1-2-1 review.
  • Reporting, prepare the evaluation reports to be presented to management with suggestions to improve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • Minimum 4-5 years of working experience of which the last 3-5 years should be Marketing Communication experience activating both the offline and online spaces.
  • Team management experience is a must.
  • Should have worked with global principals before. Alternatively local brand experience is fine as long as the candidate has worked in a an organization where the local brand was owned rather than franchised.
  • Must have familiarity with the principals of media planning & execution, especially as it relates to digital marketing including KOL planning and execution.
  • Must have familiarity with basic market research tools and techniques and should have evidenced usage of the same at different points within the career.
  • Must have experience of content creation either individually or by directing other departments/ 3rd parties in the context of social media (non ads), events, design & multimedia.
  • Familiar with principles of P&Ls and ability to understand and shape the impact of marcom initiatives on the P&L
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa with good public speaking/presentation skills
