We are looking for a Marketing Manager who delivers results, not just presentations - a builder who can bridge strategy and execution, create repeatable systems, and translate ideas into measurable brand and revenue growth.
This role sits across multiple business units and operates in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with clear targets, tight timelines, and strong leadership expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Growth Impact
- Drive leads, footfall, inquiries, partnerships, and conversions
- Translate marketing activity into measurable sales and brand impact
- Own performance metrics, not just awareness
2. Brand & Communications Direction
- Shape and maintain brand identity, tone, and communication standards across all business units
- Build and document brand & communication systems to ensure consistency across marketing, proposals, and sales materials
- Write, review, and refine copy, pitch decks, catalogues, and sales tools that clearly express value
- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, design, and operations in how the brand is presented
3. Online Marketing (Execution > Theory)
- Design and execute monthly digital campaigns aligned with growth objectives
- Run and optimize Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads with clear ROI tracking
- Build repeatable systems: content calendars, ad workflows, reporting dashboards
4. Offline, Community & Partnership Marketing
- Execute offline activations, events, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns
- Build and manage brand partnerships, communities, associations, and influencers
- Develop collaboration, sponsorship, and co-marketing programs
- Represent the brand in networking and industry activities to expand reach and credibility
5. Performance Tracking & Discipline
- Build and maintain weekly & monthly KPI reporting & work program
- Track engagement, conversion, and growth metrics across channels
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve strategy and execution
- Operate with clear targets, deadlines, and accountability
Requirements:
- Have 3–5 years experience in marketing, branding, or communications (B2B, F&B, lifestyle a plus)
- Can strategize and execute end-to-end - from frameworks to hands-on delivery
- Are structured, independent, and mentally tough
- Think commercially, not just creatively
- Are comfortable with direct feedback and high standards
