Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and store traffic across AADK outlets.
Plan and manage weekly, monthly, and annual events such as community gatherings, music events, seasonal campaigns, and special brand activations.
Coordinate event concepts, timelines, vendors, and promotional activities to ensure successful event execution.
Plan and manage monthly marketing campaigns, including promotions, collaborations, and brand activations.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with communities, brands, and influencers to support marketing initiatives.
Oversee social media strategy and content direction to ensure consistent brand communication.
Analyze campaign and event performance to evaluate marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Work closely with operations and store teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with store operations.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and events.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team to ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with company goals.

Requirements

Minimum 35 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail industry.
Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand building.
Experience organizing offline activations such as community events, brand collaborations, or live events.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and marketing impact.
Creative, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Willing to work onsite in East Surabaya.
