At Digmarit, we specialize in digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow and engage their target audience across digital platforms. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead growth initiatives across paid, organic, and CRM channels in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy across paid, organic, and CRM channels.
• Manage promotional calendars and coordinate end-to-end campaign execution.
• Ensure creative direction and brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, and social media teams.
• Expand, manage, and optimize the partner network to drive audience growth.
• Build long-term relationships with partners.
• Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and report on results.
• Work with Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant ad networks.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian - written and spoken, mandatory.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Malay is a strong advantage.
• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing within the Asian region (Malaysia preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive, highly organized, and stress-resilient.
