Role Description The Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. The trainee will support the marketing team in planning and implementing marketing strategies for futures, forex, and derivative products. Daily activities include conducting market research, assisting with marketing campaigns, preparing reports, and helping coordinate promotional activities and customer outreach. The role involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive client experience. The trainee will also participate in training programs to develop marketing, analytical, and communication capabilities, with the goal of progressing into a more senior marketing position.
