Role Description The Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities for the brokerage's products and services. Daily tasks include assisting in market research and analysis, helping to develop marketing plans and campaigns, and coordinating promotional activities to increase brand awareness and client acquisition. The role also involves collaborating with senior marketing and sales teams, preparing reports on campaign performance, and engaging with prospective and existing clients to support marketing initiatives. The trainee will be expected to learn and apply industry knowledge related to futures, forex, and derivatives, while contributing to a positive and professional client experience.
