We are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across our F&B brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, offline activations, and PR.
- Manage and oversee the brand's positioning, messaging, and storytelling to create a strong market presence.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product Development to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
