We're looking for a Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of our blog and transform it into something people actually want to read.
If you love creating content that looks incredible, feels intentional, and makes brands shine this is your role.
This isn't a content writer gig. It's for someone who can shape stories, direct visuals, and distribute content that elevates our brand and clients. You'll decide what stories we tell, how they're presented, and where they get seen.
What You'll Do
- Own the Blog: From story direction to publishing you'll decide what goes live and how it looks.
- Shape Stories that Matter: Identify and produce stories that highlight what makes our company and clients exceptional.
- Make It Look Awesome: Collaborate with design to ensure every post feels premium with visuals, layout, and tone that stand out.
- Distribute with Purpose: Share and amplify content across social, email, and key website areas.
- Find New Audiences: Identify and leverage new distribution opportunities to maximize reach and engagement.
- Keep It Fresh: Audit and update older posts to keep our content sharp, relevant, and on-brand.
You Bring
- Marketing-first experience: writing is only a small part of this role. It's mainly about packaging, presenting and distributing the words you write.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in content production and optimization
- Proven success owning and growing content destinationswhether a blog, site, social newsletter, or all of the above.
- A track record of optimizing medium to large content libraries (200+ pieces) for discoverability and impact.
- A clear sense of what great content looks and feels like, is on brand and the ability to guide others toward it.
- A strategic mind for content distribution, from SEO (or chatbots!) and email to social and beyond.
- The ability to connect content strategy directly to company objectives and brand positioning.
- Experience with design suites such as Canva & Figma.
- Experience with Chat GPT - ability to ensure our content is unique to influx.com.
