Marketing Intern (Psychology Background)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as a Marketing Intern with Psychology Background (paid program) based in BSD, Tangerang, Indonesia or nearby areas

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies aligned with mental health values and ethical communication

Translate psychological concepts (emotional validation, safety, storytelling, trust) into effective marketing messages

Plan and run user acquisition campaigns (digital and offline) targeting teenagers and young adults

Manage the B2C funnel: awareness consideration trial repeat sessions

Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across user touchpoints

Initiate partnerships with communities, campuses, or events related to mental health awareness

Analyze campaign performance and user behavior insights to continuously improve growth strategies

Requirements :

Educational background in Psychology (minimum Bachelor's degree; final-year students are welcome)

Strong understanding of mental health issues, empathetic communication, and ethical boundaries

Interest in marketing, branding, and user growth (formal marketing experience is a plus, not required)

Ability to craft sensitive, non-triggering, and non-judgmental messages

Good understanding of youth and young adult emotional and social behavior

Comfortable working cross-functionally and experimenting with marketing approaches (Bonus: experience in community work, awareness campaigns, or digital platforms)
