Marketing Intern

Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Nexarr is a full-time, on-site position based in West Jakarta. The intern will support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks such as assisting in campaign planning, conducting market research, preparing presentations and reports, and helping manage social media and promotional activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, gathering customer feedback, tracking basic performance metrics, and contributing ideas for marketing strategies and content. The intern will also help with sales and customer service initiatives by responding to inquiries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring consistent communication with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate and Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development using data and insights.
• Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing concepts and willingness to assist in sales-related activities.
• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms is beneficial.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and work on-site in West Jakarta.
