Adology AI is looking for a data-driven, marketing-savvy Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. This is a full-time position with most work taking place during US Eastern Time hours.
Core Focus Areas
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze marketing and advertising performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, compelling dashboards and reports for internal teams and clients.
- Market Research: Track competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine campaigns and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze advertising and media data from multiple platforms.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI and audience targeting.
- Build performance reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business questions into data analysis projects.
- Stay updated on marketing analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing, advertising, media, or related fields.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms
- Comfortable working independently, with tight deadlines when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to align analysis with marketing objectives and strategies.
