Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, growth, or project management is preferable, while involvement in campus organizations is a good advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong logical and analytical skills, the ability to break down problems and spot patterns others might miss.
Familiar with how new products/features are built and launched, and excited about go-to-market strategies.
Know how to juggle multiple tasks, stay on track, and keep projects moving forward.
Comfortable communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.
Proactive, love taking ownership, and enjoy working with different people to make things happen.
A natural curiosity for growth, learning, and experimenting with new ideas.
