  • Identify areas of growth, develop and execute initiatives to drive business and commercial impact.
  • Identify emerging opportunities based on market data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive problem solving and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on key business issues.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and offer recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Act as a point-of-contact to interface with cross-functional department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting or FMCG companies.
  • Proven experience in campaign marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
