Role

Drive marketing initiatives that generate qualified B2B leads for Shieldtag. This role focuses on turning ideas into execution, coordinating across teams and partners, and directly supporting revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and execute marketing initiatives to generate qualified B2B leads across digital, offline, and event-based channels
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Support lead acquisition activities such as landing pages, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials
  • Manage marketing execution for events, exhibitions, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate with external vendors including event organizers, merchandise partners, IP consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as proposals, brochures, catalogs, banners, and pitch decks.
  • Track campaign performance and compile simple reports focused on lead quality and business outcomes.
  • Support content and campaign production, including on-site execution and appearing on camera when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or lead generation roles.
  • Proven exposure to lead acquisition or demand generation activities.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to move from idea to delivery.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across teams and external vendors.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, leads, and performance-based outcomes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
  • Willing to be hands-on in campaigns and events, including appearing on camera when required.
