Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nganjuk for a Marketing Credit Executive. The primary responsibilities include implementing credit sales strategies, managing customer credit applications, assessing financial eligibility for financing approval, collaborating with the customer service team, and ensuring adherence to credit management policies. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring timely customer follow-ups to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Control and Credit Management for accurate evaluation and management of customer financing.
• Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess financial documents and determine suitable credit solutions.
• Effective Customer Service skills to build trust, address client concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and interacting professionally with customers.
• Experience in financial institutions or relevant fields is advantageous.
• Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Nganjuk with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
