What you'll do (Responsibilities):
- Support marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, both online and offline.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing weekly insights and reports.
- Brainstorm and design engaging marketing collaterals: social media posts, email templates, banners, and more.
- Assist in market analysis and research on competitors to identify market gaps and customer needs.
- Understand customer insights, consumer trends, market/competitors analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain strong brand identity and consistent visual storytelling.
- Assist in event planning, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize future strategies.
- Organize design assets and maintain project timelines.
What capabilities you'll need (Requirements):
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and Google Workspace.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in event planning or content creation.
- Familiarity with animation/video tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience using AI tools for design.
