Job Description

About the Role:

Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing communication activities to strengthen the hotel's brand image, increase brand awareness, and support sales performance through effective communication channels..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with hotel branding and business objectives.
  • Manage and create content for digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, and online promotions).
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations with partners, media, and influencers.
  • Handle public relations activities, including press releases, media coverage, and brand exposure.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials (online & offline).
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports and analysis.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and external vendors to support promotional activities.
  • Manage photography, videography, and content needs for marketing purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
