About the Role:
Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing communication activities to strengthen the hotel's brand image, increase brand awareness, and support sales performance through effective communication channels..
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with hotel branding and business objectives.
- Manage and create content for digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, and online promotions).
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations with partners, media, and influencers.
- Handle public relations activities, including press releases, media coverage, and brand exposure.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials (online & offline).
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports and analysis.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and external vendors to support promotional activities.
- Manage photography, videography, and content needs for marketing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
