About the Role

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will oversee the creation and execution of communication strategies, develop marketing campaigns, and coordinate press releases to strengthen the brand's visibility.

The position involves managing individual projects across marketing, media relations, social media, and internal communications, while performing day-to-day administrative duties to the highest standards. It is key to creating a consistent multi-channel experience for our guests and maintaining a powerful online and offline brand presence.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Public Relations & Media Engagement

  • Support the execution of PR strategies and media outreach to promote hotel offerings, events, and experiences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media and press contacts and act as a liaison with PR agencies.
  • Coordinate press visits, interviews, filming, and photo shoots; ensure necessary approvals and hospitality arrangements are in place.
  • Keep press kits, media databases, and coverage records updated and assist in compiling regular PR performance reports.
  • Manage strategic communications to ensure consistent messaging, engage with media representatives, and oversee key projects.

Marketing Strategic Development

  • Assist in executing the annual marketing and PR strategy to meet hotel business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with all revenue departments to support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive commercial results.
  • Contribute to projects designed to increase resort awareness across all relevant target markets
  • ensuring that all communication aligns with the company's vision and values, while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver results.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Oversee daily social media activity, including content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
  • Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with the marketing strategy and brand tone.
  • Work with internal teams to gather creative assets and stories to feature across platforms.

Partnerships & Events Management

  • Be present and actively involved during hotel events, assisting with media coverage and live social content.
  • Assist in implementing marketing campaigns for rooms, dining, spa, and seasonal offerings.
  • Support initiatives tied to brand partnerships and loyalty programs
  • Ensure events and special campaigns are supported across all channels and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare promotional materials, visuals, and media support before each event

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Communication, Marketing Communications, and Strategic Communications
  • Experience in creating and distributing Press Releases and managing media relations
  • Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creative mindset with the ability to align strategies with business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with hospitality, luxury branding, or tourism industries
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage tight deadlines
  • Minimum 5 years of agency or in-house project marketing, communications and PR experience inhospitalityindustry
  • Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written). Fluency inany other languages is a plus.
