Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience handling large events end-to-end.
  • Good English skills (spoken and written).
  • Able to create clear, engaging, and structured PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, communicative, and proactive.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cikarang and be mobile during events.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end events : planning, vendor coordination, execution, and evaluation.
  • Follow up on sales leads generated from events and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Prepare and monitor event budgets, including reporting.
  • Approach event organizers/partners and analyze the feasibility of participating in events.
  • Conduct market and competitor trend analysis to support marketing communication strategies.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for innovation workshops with clients.
  • Perform research and data analysis to support marketing and sales decision-making.
  • Collaborate across teams and prepare regular marketing communication activity reports.
