  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies that drive both brand equity and commercial impact across multiple channels including PR, social media, digital platforms, offline events, and internal communications.

What you'll do:

As Marketing Communication Manager you will play a central role in shaping the voice of a rapidly expanding consumer brand.   • Develop and own the overarching corporate and brand narrative to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels and markets.
  • Translate brand strategy and purpose into clear communication platforms for campaigns, public relations initiatives, digital content, and internal audiences.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts by creating messaging frameworks and conducting visual identity audits to maintain differentiation in key categories.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines while supporting long-term equity building objectives.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that build both brand equity and demand generation through PR, social media, digital platforms, offline activities, and internal engagement.
  • Collaborate with product development, media/performance marketing, trade marketing, and community teams to ensure campaigns are integrated, consumer-centric, and commercially impactful.

  • Utilise consumer insights, brand analytics, and digital data to continuously improve messaging strategies, channel selection, and resource allocation.

To excel as Marketing Communication Manager you will bring extensive experience gained from leading marketing or communications functions within prominent consumer brands-ideally those operating in FMCG/CPG or direct-to-consumer spaces. Your background should include significant exposure to agency management as well as steering cross-functional teams towards shared objectives. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding storytelling capabilities paired with an analytical approach that leverages data for continuous improvement. You are comfortable navigating complex organisational structures while fostering positive relationships among diverse stakeholders. Your educational foundation includes at least a bachelor's degree relevant to the field; additional postgraduate qualifications are welcomed but not mandatory. Personal qualities such as adaptability empathy collaborative spirit plus resilience under pressure will set you apart-enabling you to guide your team through periods of rapid change whilst maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals.

  • More than ten years of experience in marketing or communications roles within consumer brands environments such as FMCG/CPG or D2C sectors.
  • At least four years spent in senior leadership positions overseeing agency relationships or managing cross-functional or remote teams.
  • Exceptional skills in strategic storytelling combined with advanced writing abilities that simplify complex ideas for varied audiences including consumers, media professionals, internal staff members, or investors.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing integrated campaigns spanning PR initiatives as well as social media outreach plus digital content creation alongside offline activations.
  • Analytical mindset supported by comfort using data sources plus research findings to inform strategy choices while optimising campaign effectiveness then communicating results clearly to leadership teams.
  • Experience utilising modern marketing technology stacks such as CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) plus monitoring tools (Meltwater or equivalents) for campaign management plus performance tracking purposes.
  • Proven capability operating effectively during high-visibility situations including issues resolution or crisis management scenarios requiring sensitive handling of reputational risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related discipline; Master's degree or MBA qualification considered advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to thrive within fast-paced entrepreneurial settings where adaptability collaboration plus hands-on involvement are highly valued attributes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder management coupled with maturity required for influencing senior leaders whilst working seamlessly across departments.
