Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and manage brand campaign proposals. Provide sound judgment and strategic solutions to ensure the successful execution of brand campaigns based on the proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct consumer and competitor research, and identify opportunities and key issues to drive actionable strategies.
  • Plan and develop brand campaigns, including awareness initiatives and branding collaborations.
  • Manage omnichannel activations across various platforms.
  • Build strong networks and partnerships, and collaborate with influencers and communities.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Partnership Management, or Omnichannel Marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Highly creative, well-organized, and adaptable, with a strong passion for continuous improvement and innovative marketing solutions.
  • Solid experience in managing omnichannel campaigns and activations; prior experience working across multi-channel platforms is preferred.
  • Proven experience in building and managing brand partnerships, preferably in an omnichannel environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects with complex stakeholders, as well as leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
