To achieve this mission, we are looking for a Marketing & Commercial Specialist. This role plays a key part in supporting the company's marketing and sales strategies through driving our growth, proposal development, client canvassing, effective communication with potential clients, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and prepare marketing strategy
Conduct canvassing and manage client prospects
Prepare proposals and conduct project pitching
Send offers via email and perform follow-ups
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or similiar industry (sales, marketing, account executive, or project manager)
Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent
Proficient in English (spoken & written)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working under targets and deadlines
Familiar with digital marketing activation and chanel
Extensive networking is a plus
