  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and concept development to execution and post-campaign evaluation
  • Develop campaign strategies, defines KSPs, and provides guidance to specialists to ensure objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met
  • Identify new growth angles and thematic ideas (thematic days, deal revamps, category innovations), propose new campaign mechanics
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams,managing deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations rollout
  • Monitor key campaign metrics on daily basis and create weekly summaries for management and cross-squad alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from economics field or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment — Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG preferred. Fresh-graduates are welcomed
  • Campaign marketing experience in digital financial services is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and reporting
  • Experience in FMCG/fintech industry is a plus
