Role Overview:
One of our clients is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Business Partner Manager to oversee the Sumatra territory. In this role, you will act as the key advisor between central marketing and city operations, ensuring national marketing strategies are effectively localized, budget-optimized, and executed with excellence. You will play a critical role in driving regional growth through data-driven planning, strong stakeholder management, and disciplined budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the quarterly marketing roadmap for the Sumatra region, aligning with national strategy and territory KPIs
- Allocate and monitor marketing budget to ensure high ROI and financial discipline
- Translate national marketing playbooks into culturally relevant and locally impactful action plans
- Oversee end-to-end regional campaign execution and ensure on-time delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between Central Marketing and Sumatra City Operations teams
- Monitor regional marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and identify growth opportunities
- Proactively course-correct underperforming segments using data insights and best practices
- Ensure all territory initiatives remain brand-aligned and strategically consistent
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, or Business Partnering
- Proven experience driving regional or territory growth initiatives
- Background in tech, digital platform, or other fast-paced industries
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into actionable strategies
- Open to candidates based in Medan or Jakarta (willing to relocate to Medan)
