About the company

Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Retail Marketing initiatives (online & offline) including store activations, events, pop-ups, and O2O campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth.
  • Manage and grow the KOL & Affiliate ecosystem (macro to nano), including program structure, incentives, and performance optimization to increase GMV and ROI.
  • Develop and lead the community program to boost engagement, UGC, and community-driven sales.
  • Oversee social media and content direction to support brand awareness, affiliate performance, and membership acquisition.
  • Drive the development of membership & loyalty programs to increase repeat purchase, active members, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with tech and data teams to optimize the E-Commerce App, leveraging CRM, personalization, and push strategies to improve retention and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Retail, with exposure to omnichannel marketing.

Proven experience managing KOL, influencer, and affiliate programs, including social commerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and customer journey.

Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, budget planning, and ROI analysis.

  • Strong leadership and execution skills, with at least 23 years of team management experience.
