Role Description
- End-to-End Content Creation (50%)
- Production: Lead the full content lifecycle, including creative conceptualization, scriptwriting, filming/photography, and post-production editing.
- Platform Strategy: Design high-impact, short-form video content specifically tailored for TikTok and Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
2. Campaign & Performance Marketing (25%)
- Campaign Planning: Initiate and execute digital campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales conversions.
- Performance Execution: Assist in the hands-on execution and daily optimization of performance marketing ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
3. Branding & Digital Ecosystem (25%)
- Sales Enablement: Assist in developing sales tools and collateral such as Company Profile and Portfolio Book.
- Digital Presence: Manage and improve our online footprint, including website updates and SEO optimization
Working Arrangement:

- Based in Malang, East Java (Hybrid)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or related design fields.
- 1–3 years in Marketing or Business (internships included).
- Proficiency in design tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- High proactivity and the ability to thrive in a trial-and-error startup environment.
- A growth mindset that naturally challenges the status quo.
- HUGE PLUS POINT: Previous exposure to or a strong interest in the Interior Design or Architecture fields.
