Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Specialist with vendor coordination, POP materials and event execution.
Monitor and recap Marketing programs
Assist in the coordination and planning of logistics activities, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and transportation scheduling
Support the analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
Participate in the development and implementation of logistics processes and procedures
Provide administrative support, such as document management and data entry

Requirements

Final Year University Student (with no class attending)
Freshgraduate are welcome
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and data analysis tools
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to commit to a minimum 4-month internship
