General : Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing communication strategies, tools, and materials.
Digital Marketing : Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking. Maintain and update the company website, and support the development and distribution of e-newsletters.
Public Relations (PR) : Assist in drafting articles and press releases, conducting media monitoring, and supporting CSR-related initiatives.
Branding : Collaborate with the Marketing Manager (Indonesia and SEA/APAC) to ensure brand consistency across all materials and digital platforms.
Events : Coordinate and execute events, webinars, and exhibitions, from planning through to on-site execution.
Leads Management : Monitor and manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting using Excel for analysis and follow-up.
Requirements
Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Proficient in website backend systems such as WordPress or Drupal
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce and Account Engagement, is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is an advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Willing to work under a 2-year contract with the opportunity for permanent employment
