The role supports monthly performance tracking through data and reporting, and contributes to the execution of PR, communications, and branding initiatives. It also involves assisting with product launches and related activities to drive market growth and visibility. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

Job Requirement

  • Competitive and Market Intelligence

This role involves keeping a close eye on competitors and market trends, gathering and sharing relevant insights with stakeholders. It also includes benchmarking products and technologies against competitors and providing general administrative support.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Handles CRM programs to support the growth of small businesses and leads the creation of internal and external communications. Coordinates with Region team on PR and branding initiatives and ensures timely updates to both Region and local management teams. Organizes local customer events, partners with trade associations, and manages sponsorship activities. Also responsible for developing and monitoring local campaigns, driving promotional efforts, and supporting digital marketing strategies.
  • Product Development & Management Oversees the monitoring and analysis of UPS's current product and service portfolio, while identifying new market opportunities. Prepares product-related reports and presentations, supports project planning and post-implementation reviews. Also participates in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the usability of technology tools.
  • Digital Marketing The role involves handling the digital marketing initiatives and coordinating with regional teams to implement initiatives. Support translations of customer-facing materials where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 35 years of experience in marketing, business development, or GTM strategy.
  • Experience in express courier industry (domestics / international) would be advantages.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
