Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, market intelligence, business strategy, or commercial business analysis roles.
- Prior experience in automotive financing, leasing companies, banking, fintech lending, or the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing market trends and translating insights into business strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales data, and marketing performance analytics.
- Strong initiative and ownership mindset, particularly in developing new processes and analytical frameworks.
